What Benefits are Provided to Seasonal Workers?

Official Merchandise: All seasonal workers will receive exclusive official merchandise, including BOLDERBoulder Official gear, Nike shoes and more.

Meals and Snacks: Free meals and snacks will be provided during the race week, race weekend and race day to keep you energized and comfortable throughout your shifts.

What are the Expectations for Seasonal Workers?

Event Week and Weekend Availability: Seasonal employees must work race week, race weekend and race day (May 19 – 26, 2025).

Work Location: Work will take place at our office or one of our vendue location

What are the Working Hours for Seasonal Workers?

Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There may be some flexibility depending on specific duties or event needs, but these are the core hours.

Will there be any Additional Duties Outside of the Official Work Hours?

While the bulk of your duties will be during the regular hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, please be prepared to work on some weekends during May. 

Extended hours will be required all of race week, race weekend and race day.

How Should I Prepare for the Job?

Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, engage with a team, and take on tasks efficiently. As part of your benefits, you’ll be given official merchandise, so make sure you wear it during your shifts to represent the BOLDERBoulder. Additionally, prepare for some long days during the race week, race weekend and race day.

What Happens After the BOLDERBoulder?

The seasonal work is temporary, and your role will conclude after the race ends. Each job has a specific end date which will be shared during the hiring process.
