Many people will converge in Boulder on Memorial Day. Planning ahead will let you focus on your race instead of your commute.

Parking Information

Public Parking

  • Paid Parking near the finish line will be available on the CU campus south of Colorado Avenue and Regent Drive. Parking near the start is available on Marine, just east of 30th. There is no pre-paid parking this year, and all spaces are first-come, first-served.
  • Parking lots open for parking three (3) hours prior to the start of the event. As you enter campus, attendants and police will direct you.
  • Anticipate that traffic will be heavy and allow yourself extra travel time.
  • When the event ends, expect heavy traffic and approximately 45 minute delays exiting the parking lots.

ADA Accessible Parking

Parking for persons with disabilities will be available in lot 360 East. An ADA placard or license plate is required to park in reserved ADA Accessible parking lots. When purchasing, there is not a specific permit for ADA Accessible parking. When arriving on race day, proceed to lot 360 East with your placard or license plate.

 

Runner Drop Off

There are 3 Runner Drop-Off Zones:

1) Westbound Arapahoe, furthest right (NORTH) traffic lane. The DROP OFF ZONE is between 38th and 30th Street – Exit vehicle in the drop off zone to the north.  MAP

2) ZONE Northbound 28th Street Frontage Road – Enter the frontage road at Pennsylvania (just north of Colorado) –  Proceed north, DROP OFF Zone between Courdry Court and 28th Street Entrance road) MAP

3) Rideshare drop off is in Lot 434 and Euclid Ave by the bus stop and lot 204.  MAP

Bike to the Start

Both the start and finish areas are close to the Boulder Creek Path and biking to and from the race is a great option!Google will again host BOLDERBoulder Bike Parking at their offices on 30th/Pearl. Bike parking at the Google bike racks is first-come, first-served and you must bring your own lock. The two entrances to Google Bike Parking are located just north of 30th/Walnut on the west side of 30th, and on 30th/Pearl across the street from Whole Foods. Google Volunteers will be in the area to help you find your way and you can check out a Start Area Map here.
